Our founder’s family has owned a small family business in Sydney for over 40 years.  A few years ago, a respected member of the staff and long-term employee had a slip and fall injuring their back.


The owners had never experienced a situation like this before. The stress, sleepless nights and regret the family felt was enormous.


Employers Comp was created to prevent these situations. As a business our purpose is to help small and medium business manage the burden of workplace compliance.
